About the Role
We are looking for a creative, results-driven Social Media Manager to lead and grow our brand presence across social media platforms. The ideal candidate is passionate about digital marketing, understands social media trends, and can create engaging content that builds brand awareness, drives customer engagement, and supports business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content including posts, stories, reels, and videos.
- Manage the social media content calendar and ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and emerging platforms to identify growth opportunities.
- Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and customer inquiries in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the marketing, design, and content teams to develop campaigns and promotions.
- Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Work with influencers, content creators, and brand partners to increase reach and engagement.
- Manage paid social media campaigns and optimize performance where applicable.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and platform algorithm changes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (preferred).
- 2–5 years of experience managing social media accounts for a brand, agency, or e-commerce business.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, content formats, and analytics tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of social media advertising and campaign management.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in fashion, lifestyle, beauty, home décor, or e-commerce brands.
- Basic photography and video editing skills.
- Experience with influencer marketing and community management.
Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
