Job Summary
The Junior Technical & 3D Designer is responsible for supporting the design and development of retail displays, mall podiums, gondolas, branded shops, and other retail environments by producing accurate technical drawings and high-quality 3D visualisations. Working closely with the design teams, the role translates creative concepts into practical, manufacturable solutions while ensuring compliance with client requirements, quality standards, and production processes. The position also supports design optimisation, material selection, and project documentation to ensure efficient execution and timely project delivery. This role provides an excellent opportunity to develop technical expertise, strengthen 3D design capabilities, and contribute to the successful completion of projects within established timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Create accurate 2D technical drawings, shop drawings, and production-ready documentation using AutoCAD or similar CAD software.
- Develop high-quality 3D models and realistic renderings for retail displays, mall podiums, gondolas, branded shops, kiosks, and other retail environments.
- Interpret design briefs and convert conceptual ideas into practical, manufacturable design solutions.
- Prepare detailed drawings, including dimensions, material specifications, construction details, and assembly information.
- Coordinate with the Design, Production, Procurement, and Project Management teams to ensure designs are technically feasible and aligned with project requirements.
- Ensure all drawings and design documents comply with company standards, client specifications, and production processes.
- Maintain organised project files, drawing revisions, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Assist in preparing presentation materials, visualisations, and design proposals for client meetings.
- Stay updated with industry trends, retail design innovations, materials, and 3D visualisation techniques.
- Ensure assigned tasks are completed accurately, efficiently, and within project deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
