Job Title: Area Sales Manager – Home Loans
Position Summary:
The Area Sales Manager for Home Loans is responsible for overseeing the sales operations
and strategy within a designated branch. You will work towards leading the sales team with
the primary responsibilities of achieving sales targets.
- Your key deliverables will be:
- Develop and implement a sales strategy to achieve the organizational sales through
market connections
- To proactively maintain regular engagement with key customers in line with business
expectations.
- Creating and building own sales executives team of 5 members.
- Work closely with the sales team in evaluating profits for the organization.
- Coordinating in sales action plans for the individual sales executive.
- Ensure the effectiveness of own team members by reviewing their performance and
activities on regular intervals.
- Increase productivity by motivating and empowering team members.
- Set clear objectives and expectations for team members and provide ongoing support
and feedback. - Ensure adherence to all company policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
- Requirements: - - Minimum 5-7 years of experience in home loans into leadership position. - Team handling. - Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to home loans.
