Creating Connections & Closing Sales
- First Impression: Act as the welcoming, primary point of contact for our clients.
- Lead Champion: Contact, follow up, and turn inbound queries into confirmed bookings.
- Taproom Tours: Conduct friendly, professional show-rounds of our space for potential events.
- Community Ties: Build and nurture long-term, genuine relationships with our guests.
Event & Team Coordination
- Master Scheduler: Keep our master booking calendar perfectly updated and organized.
- Crew Alignment: Coordinate smoothly with our kitchen, service, and management teams.
- Vendor Partnerships: Work hand-in-hand with external event vendors to bring parties to life.

- Great Communicator: Efficient spoken and written language skills to chat easily with anyone.

- Organised: Able to keep event details sorted without losing your friendly spark.
- Tech Savvy: Basic knowledge of computer systems and booking software.
Experience
- Hospitality Background: Previous restaurant or hotel experience is highly preferred.

- Probation: 6-month initial probation period to get your bearings.
- Growth: Earn an attractive commission on sales after your probation period.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
