Job Overview
We are looking for a passionate, well-spoken, and customer-centric Store Sales Person to join our flagship boutique showroom in Kirti Nagar. As the face of Forest Life, you will not just sell mattresses—you will educate customers on the benefits of sustainable, organic sleep, understand their posture and comfort needs, and guide them toward the perfect sleep solution.
Key Responsibilities
- Consultative Selling: Welcome walk-in customers and create a warm, premium hospitality experience. Listen to their specific health, sleep, and lifestyle preferences to recommend the ideal mattress.
- Brand Storytelling: Effectively communicate the unique value proposition of Forest Life, educating clients on our natural, non-chemical raw materials (100% natural latex, organic coir, eco-friendly fabrics) and handcrafted construction.
- Store Management: Maintain the premium aesthetic, cleanliness, and visual merchandising standards of the showroom to ensure the space always looks pristine and inviting.
- Lead Management & Follow-ups: Manage customer inquiries, maintain an accurate database, and diligently follow up with prospective leads via phone/WhatsApp to close sales.
- Order Execution: Coordinate with the corporate head office and logistics team to track customer orders, custom sizing requests, and ensure timely delivery.
- After-Sales Support: Build long-term relationships with clients, handle post-purchase feedback, and address any queries to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Graduate in any discipline.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hindi. A polite, confident, and professional demeanor is a must.
- Personality: Enthusiastic, empathetic, and patient. You should possess the ability to easily build rapport with premium, discerning walk-in clients.
- Sales Acumen: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding retail sales targets. Ability to handle objections gracefully and close high-value transactions.
- Tech Savvy: Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel, retail POS systems, and WhatsApp Business) for daily reporting and tracking.
