Job Summary:
Lead the end-to-end sampling function, ensuring accurate and timely development of samples that meet Walmart and US retailer specifications, quality standards, and development timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all stages of sample development.
- Review buyer tech packs and sampling requirements.
- Coordinate with merchandising, technical, sourcing, and production teams.
- Ensure sample quality, fit, and construction meet buyer expectations.
- Monitor sample timelines and approval processes.
- Lead fit sample, PP sample, and development sample activities.
- Drive improvements in sample turnaround time.
- Resolve technical and construction issues during development.
- Maintain sample tracking and reporting systems.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in garment sampling and product development.
- Experience handling Walmart and US retail buyers.
- Strong knowledge of garment construction and technical specifications.
- Excellent team leadership and coordination skills.
Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹49,023.74 per month
