Role Overview
We are looking for a performance-driven Performance Marketing Executive with 3–4 years of experience in the EdTech industry. The role involves managing and optimizing paid marketing campaigns to drive high-quality student leads, improve enrollments, and maximize ROI across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Remarketing, Performance Max).
- Manage and scale lead generation campaigns focused on student acquisition and course enrollments.
- Run and optimize campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) for lead generation and retargeting.
- Continuously monitor campaign performance (CPL, CTR, ROAS) and implement data-driven improvements.
- Perform keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis specific to EdTech offerings.
- Work on landing page (LP) optimization to improve conversion rates and reduce drop-offs.
- Execute remarketing strategies to re-engage interested learners and increase conversions.
- Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to align campaigns with learner personas.
- Ensure proper integration and usage of CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM) for lead tracking and nurturing.
- Track campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and optimize funnels accordingly.
- Maintain accurate reporting dashboards and share insights with stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–4 years of experience in Performance Marketing, preferably in EdTech.
- Hands-on expertise in:
- Google Ads (Search, Display, Remarketing, Performance Max)
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Strong experience in lead generation campaigns (especially student leads).
- Good understanding of marketing funnels and learner journey.
- Experience in Landing Page Optimization (LPO) and conversion rate optimization.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and lead lifecycle management.
- Knowledge of Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking setup.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications in Google Ads or Meta Ads Manager
- Experience in A/B testing, funnel optimization, and automation tools
- Prior exposure to EdTech products like online courses, test prep, or upskilling platforms
