Pavan Enterprise, an authorized channel partner of Karcher Professional Cleaning Equipment, is looking for a dedicated and technically skilled Field Service Engineer to join our growing team. We specialize in the sales, installation, maintenance, and repair of professional cleaning machines, including vacuum cleaners, high-pressure washers, scrubber driers, sweepers, carpet cleaners, and other industrial cleaning equipment.
The selected candidate will be responsible for installing and commissioning machines at customer sites, diagnosing and resolving technical issues, carrying out preventive maintenance, and providing prompt after-sales service. The role also involves training customers on the proper operation and maintenance of equipment, preparing service reports, and coordinating with the internal team to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Candidates should have an ITI, Diploma, or Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, or a related technical field. Prior experience in servicing industrial machinery or cleaning equipment will be an advantage, although motivated freshers with strong technical aptitude may also apply. The ideal candidate should possess good troubleshooting skills, a customer-focused attitude, and a willingness to travel for field visits.
