Job Title: Fresher Executive – Real Estate
Location: Kalyan East (Kohinoor Eden Project)
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 (Depending on interview)
Experience: Fresher / 0–2 Year
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries (calls, walk-ins, and leads)
- Explain project details, pricing, and offers to clients
- Assist senior sales team in site visits and client meetings
- Maintain proper follow-up with potential customers
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing
- Update daily work in CRM / Excel sheets
- Support in achieving sales targets
Requirements:
- Graduate / Undergraduate (Any field)
- Good communication skills (English, Hindi, Marathi preferred)
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / computer
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Interest in real estate / sales
