Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Inside & Field Sales Executive to drive business growth for our IT Managed Services portfolio. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, developing new business opportunities, meeting prospective customers, presenting IT solutions, and closing sales. This role combines inside sales activities with field sales responsibilities to build long-term customer relationships and achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
Inside Sales
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and referrals.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads.
- Schedule customer meetings and product demonstrations.
- Maintain and update the sales pipeline using CRM tools.
- Follow up with prospects and nurture leads until closure.
- Coordinate with technical and pre-sales teams to prepare proposals and quotations.
Field Sales
- Visit prospective and existing customers to understand their IT requirements.
- Conduct presentations and solution demonstrations.
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
- Negotiate commercial terms and support contract closures.
- Represent the company at customer meetings, exhibitions, seminars, and networking events.
