Personal Assistant to CEO / Client Relations Executive
Location: Kowdiar, Trivandrum

Key Responsibilities
- Manage appointments, client follow-ups, and daily schedules.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and social media.
- Conduct customer feedback surveys and maintain client relationships.
- Prepare quotations, estimates, and invoices.
- Support the CEO with administrative and operational tasks.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office/Google Workspace).
- Professional, customer-friendly, and detail-oriented approach.

Full-Time Position
8 Hours per Day
6 Days per Week
