We are looking for a proactive Sales & Marketing Executive to support our field sales and marketing operations. The candidate will be responsible for appointment of leads , customer interaction, site visits, and sales follow-ups. The role requires strong communication skills, basic knowledge of the solar ecosystem, prompt reporting, and willingness to travel regularly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct field visits to generate and convert leads for solar products and services
- Engage with customers, explain solar solutions, and handle objections confidently
- Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, file opening and installation planning
- Maintain daily reporting, follow-ups, and customer documentation
- Support marketing activities such as local promotions, campaigns, and referrals
- Ensure timely collection of required documents from customers for processing
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat and referral sales
Qualifications:
- Minimum educational qualification: Plus two (12th Pass)
- Prior experience in Sales and Marketing is recommended.
- Must have a valid two-wheeler driving license
- Must be willing to travel regularly for field work
