Key Responsibilities
- Receiving & Unloading: Unload incoming shipments, inspect goods for damage, and verify quantities against packing slips or purchase orders.
- Putting Away & Storing: Scan, label, and move products to designated shelving or storage locations to optimize space.
- Picking & Packing: Retrieve items based on customer orders and pack products securely to prevent transit damage.
- Shipping & Loading: Prepare outgoing orders, generate shipping labels, and load goods onto delivery trucks.
- Inventory Control: Conduct routine stock counts, log inventory into Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and report any discrepancies.
- Safety & Maintenance: Keep the workspace clean, follow safety protocols, and operate equipment like pallet jacks or forklifts safely.
Core Requirements & Skills
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with MS Excel and MS Word
- Soft Skills: Good time management, teamwork, and attention to detail to avoid picking or shipping errors.
Pay: ₹10,681.52 - ₹28,329.45 per month
