WHO WE ARE
We are AI-powered investment technology for institutional clients, asset managers, banks, brokerages, wealth platforms, and family offices. We give them the tools to manage portfolios, automate research, and scale their investment operations, all powered by our proprietary AI engine.
We work with 20+ institutional clients across India including Centrum, Bigul, Navia, NuQuant, and Pantomath. Our India Multicap strategy has returned +21.46% over 24 months against the Nifty's +9.48%, and we are just getting started.
We are growing fast, the pipeline is strong, and we need someone great to help us win more of India's top financial institutions.
WHAT THIS JOB IS ABOUT
You will be the person who walks into a CEO or CIO's office at an AMC, bank, brokerage, or wealth firm and opens the door for Jarvis.
Your job is to find the right people at the right institutions, understand what they are trying to solve, show them how Jarvis can help, and get the deal done. That includes running demos, writing proposals, deciding on pricing, negotiating terms, and signing contracts. No handoffs halfway through, you own the full journey from first conversation to closed deal.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Find and build your pipeline
– Identify and reach out to AMCs, banks, brokerage houses, wealth management firms, and family offices across India.
– Build genuine relationships with CEOs, CIOs, Heads of Wealth, and other senior decision-makers, not just contacts.
– Use your network, attend industry events, and stay close to where institutional conversations are happening.
Understand what clients need
– Have honest, curious conversations with prospective clients to understand their challenges, whether that is portfolio performance, research efficiency, distribution scale, or technology modernisation.
– Match those needs to the right Jarvis product: Fund Management as a Service, our Advisory Suite, Research Studio, or Managed Fund Services.
– Work closely with our product and research teams to shape solutions that actually fit the client.
Present, demo, and win the deal
– Run product demos and walkthroughs that are clear, relevant, and tailored to the client's world.
– Write proposals and pitch documents that are sharp, honest, and easy to act on.
– Structure the commercial terms, pricing, revenue models, contract structure, and lead the negotiation through to a signed agreement.
Keep clients happy and grow the relationship
– Stay connected with clients after they go live, make sure they are getting value and look for ways to expand the relationship.
– Be the kind of partner clients call when they are thinking through a new challenge, not just when something goes wrong.
– Bring what you are hearing in the market back to the team, it makes our product better.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
You should have
– 5–8 years in enterprise sales or business development, ideally in financial services, capital markets, or fintech.
– Experience selling to institutional clients, AMCs, banks, brokerages, or wealth firms, and working with senior stakeholders.
– A real understanding of how investment and wealth management firms work, you do not need to be a fund manager, but you should know the language.
– The confidence to manage the full sales cycle on your own, from first meeting to signed contract.
– Strong communication skills, in meetings, on paper, and over a call.
It would be great if you also have
– Experience at an institutional data or investment technology company, Bloomberg, Refinitiv, FactSet, S&P, Morningstar, or similar.
– A strong existing network across Indian AMCs, banks, brokerages, or wealth platforms.
– An MBA from a good institution preferable with an engineering degree.
– Comfort discussing AI-driven investment tools and explaining them simply to non-technical buyers.
