- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Sales Executives.
- Monitor daily team performance and target achievement.
- Guide team members in lead generation, client acquisition, and sales conversions.
- Conduct regular training, coaching, and performance reviews.
- Ensure proper follow-up with prospects and existing clients.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Maintain high levels of productivity, discipline, and attendance within the team.
- Coordinate with management to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
- Resolve client and team-related issues promptly and professionally.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
