About the Role
We are looking for a HR Recruiter Intern to join our Human Resources team. The candidate will assist in end-to-end recruitment activities, candidate coordination, and hiring operations. This internship provides hands-on exposure to recruitment processes and talent acquisition strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and references.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates as per job requirements.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Conduct initial HR screening calls.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Post job openings on various hiring platforms.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and documentation.
- Support the HR team in onboarding and employee engagement activities.
- Prepare recruitment reports and daily hiring updates.
Eligibility Criteria
- Completed graduation/post-graduation in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Freshers can apply.
- Prior internship or recruitment experience will be an added advantage.
