We are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated freshers to join our team as an Online Bidder. The candidate will be responsible for generating business through online bidding platforms and maintaining good client relationships.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Bid on online portals like Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, etc.
- Generate leads and identify new business opportunities
- Communicate with clients through chat, email, and calls
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team
- Prepare proposals and follow up with potential clients
- Maintain a database of prospective clients
- Build long-term business relationships with clients
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and internet browsing
- Quick learner with positive attitude
- Good written English skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Basic understanding of IT services will be an added advantage
