We are hiring a dedicated and responsible Office Assistant to manage daily office operations and billing-related tasks.
The candidate should have basic computer knowledge and be comfortable handling office work, documentation, bill submissions, and software operations. Training will be provided for company software.
Responsibilities
- Billing and invoice handling
- Bill submission and office documentation
- Data entry and record maintenance
- Managing files and reports
- Coordinating daily office activities
- Handling basic office administration work
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months – 1 year experience
- Knowledge of Tally required
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Computer operation knowledge
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Responsible and punctual candidate preferred
Office Timing
10:30 AM to 7:00 PM
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
