Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Production Manager to overseeend-to-end production operations.
The ideal candidate will ensure efficient manufacturingprocesses, maintain high-quality standards, and collaborate closely with internal teams to driveoperational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the complete production process from planning to execution.
- Support production planning, scheduling, and budgeting activities.
- Conduct and monitor quality checks to ensure products meet the required standardsand customer expectations.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and well-organized production environment.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth andtimely production operations.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices for efficiency.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
- 2 to 7 years of experience in production/manufacturing operations, preferably inassembly line production.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and coordination skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and work collaboratively in a teamenvironment.
- Hands-on experience in managing production lines and meeting operational targets
