- Customer Consultation: Greet showroom visitors, actively listen to their requirements, and recommend suitable car models based on their budget and lifestyle.
- Product Demonstration: Explain vehicle features, warranties, and benefits clearly, and accompany potential buyers on test drives to build confidence in the product.
- Sales Closure: Negotiate pricing, trade-in values, and financing options, while successfully overcoming customer objections.
- Paperwork & Administration: Process sales agreements, handle legal/financial documentation, and ensure accuracy in billing.
- Lead Generation & Follow-up: Maintain an active database in the CRM, follow up with warm leads, and proactively contact previous buyers for repeat business or upgrades.
- Showroom Upkeep: Ensure vehicles on the floor are clean, well-presented, and promotional displays are arranged properly.
