Position: QA/QC Engineer – Mechanical/Pipeline

Job Location: Khambhat, Gujarat
Qualification: Diploma or B.E. in Mechanical Engineering
Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in pipeline/piping construction and QA/QC activities
Joining Requirement: Immediate
Salary: Negotiable based on experience and technical knowledge
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Pipeline Projects
- ASNT NDT Level-II certification will be an added advantage
Required Technical Knowledge:
- Pipeline fit-up and welding inspection
- Knowledge of E6010 and E7010 welding electrodes
- WPS, PQR, and WPQ documentation
- Visual inspection of welding joints
- Preparation and maintenance of weld maps and joint history records
- Coordination of RT, UT, DPT, and MPT activities
- Material identification and traceability
- Coating inspection and holiday testing
- Hydrotest inspection and related documentation
- Preparation and handling of ITP, QAP, MIR, RFI, and NCR documents
- Preparation of final QA/QC dossiers
- Coordination with the client and Third-Party Inspection agency Location: khambatt
