- 6+ years of IBM Sterling OMS (v9.x/v10.x) development experience
- Experience with IBM Sterling Call Center
- Knowledge of IBM CoC Self Service Tool CICD Pipeline
• Strong Java/J2EE development experience• Hands-on experience with SOA, XML, REST, JSON
• Experience with Eclipse IDE, SoapUI• Experience with relational databases
- Sterling OMS implementation and customization experience
- Integration experience with enterprise systems
- Experience with source code management tools
