7. Experience & Qualifications
- 3 –7 years of experience in facility management, school/institutional operations, hospitality, hotels or real estate.
- Exposure to CBSE/ICSE institutional compliance norms is strongly preferred.
- Any Degree older with supplementary experience, Facility Management, or a related discipline; MBA/PGD in Operations is an advantage.
- Strong vendor ecosystem management and technical understanding of both soft and hard services.
- Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with FM software or CMMS tools is a plus.
Pay: Up to ₹33,000.00 per month
