Facilitator Co-Regulator Movement & Sensory Guide
ROLE TITLE: Teacher / Facilitator
REPORTS TO: Centre Head + Master Trainer + Academic Head
LOCATION: Branch Level (Hyderabad)
ROLE TYPE: Full-Time (Mon–Sat)
ROLE SUMMARY Rock Tumblerz teachers are not traditional teachers. They are: - Warm co-regulators - Emotionally intelligent guides - Movement-friendly facilitators - Sensory-aware observers - Storytellers and imagination supporters Teachers help children learn through movement, sensory play, rhythm, imagination, and gentle guidance — not worksheets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
A. Classroom Facilitation (Movement + Sensory + EI) Conduct daily activities as trained Follow scripts and activity flow Maintain predictable classroom rhythm Ensure gentle behaviour guidance (no scolding) Support children emotionally and physically Use movement, sensory play, and imagination Follow Rock Tumblerz pedagogy 100% • • • • • • • 1
B. Daily Preparation Attend daily 9:00–9:20 AM briefing Perform dry-run before class Prepare materials and invitations Maintain hygiene and safety
C. Child Observation & Documentation Observe children’s behaviour and needs Identify sensory needs and emotional cues Record observations for Academic Head Share insights during parent meetings
D. Parent Communication (Limited Scope) Greet parents politely Share quick daily updates (no long discussions) Refer concerns to Centre Head
E. Professional Conduct Use soft tone with children Maintain personal hygiene and professionalism Follow centre rules and routines Coordinate with centre head and trainer
QUALIFICATIONS Preferred: - Graduate (any stream) - Early Childhood Education training (bonus) - Experience with children (bonus) - Creativity and movement comfort (required)
