We are hiring a Quality Assurance Executive for our dairy processing plant. The candidate will be responsible for quality testing and monitoring of milk and milk products to ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Test raw milk at docking for fat, SNF, acidity, adulteration, CLR, and MBR
- Conduct in-process quality checks at different stages of production
- Test finished products such as Milk, Curd, Butter Milk, Paneer, Butter, Ghee, Dairy Whitener, Skimmed Milk Powder, Khova, and Flavored Milk
- Perform tests for fat, moisture, protein, acidity, coliforms, yeast, and mould
- Maintain Certificate of Analysis (COA) for every production batch
- Calibrate and maintain laboratory instruments and testing equipment
- Ensure compliance with FSSAI, HACCP, and BIS standards
- Maintain lab registers, test reports, and quality documentation
- Coordinate with production team for product hold and release decisions
- Assist in internal and external quality audits
- Monitor CIP rinse samples and swab tests for microbiological hygiene
- Report quality deviations and non-conformances to the QC Manager
Educational Qualification
- B.Sc / M.Sc in Chemistry, Dairy Technology, Food Technology, or Microbiology
Experience
- 1–3+ years of experience in the Dairy Industry - Mandatory
