About BambooSA
BambooSA is a premium sustainable apparel brand specializing in Bamboo Fiber T-Shirts that combine comfort, style, and sustainability. As we expand our footprint across India, we are looking for a passionate and entrepreneurial professional to help drive our next phase of growth.
This is not a traditional sales role. We are looking for someone who can think like a business builder, identify opportunities, create partnerships, and help scale the BambooSA brand.
Key Responsibilities
Retail Expansion
- Onboard retail stores, boutiques, fashion outlets, and lifestyle shops
- Develop and manage channel partners and reseller networks
- Explore new sales channels and market opportunities
Business Development
- Generate corporate, bulk, and promotional orders
- Build partnerships with gyms, fitness centers, wellness brands, colleges, and local businesses
- Identify opportunities to increase brand visibility and revenue
Events & Activations
- Organize and manage mall kiosks, exhibitions, flea markets, and promotional events
- Coordinate with event organizers and retail partners
- Drive customer engagement and brand awareness initiatives
Growth & Revenue
- Own monthly growth and sales targets
- Execute innovative ideas to expand market reach
- Work directly with founders on business growth strategies
What We’re Looking For
✔ 2–6 years of experience in Business Development, Retail Sales, Channel Sales, Marketing, or Growth Roles
✔ Excellent communication and negotiation skills
✔ Self-driven, target-oriented, and proactive
✔ Comfortable meeting partners, visiting stores, and managing events
✔ Startup mindset with a passion for building brands
