Job Summary
We are seeking a Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to manage customer interactions, resolve queries, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and prior experience in handling customers across phone, email, or in person.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Maintain and update customer records in the system
- Resolve complaints and provide appropriate solutions within defined timelines
- Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction
- Coordinate with internal departments for service requests
- Maintain service quality standards and meet response targets
- Support sales and operations teams as required
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred)
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in customer service, front desk, or call centre roles
- Proficiency in Hindi and basic English (spoken and written)
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling, CRM systems)
