JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Basic knowledge of industrial electrical systems, motors, starters, sensors, switches, and control circuits.
- Troubleshooting and identifying electrical and mechanical faults in production and utility equipment.
- Operation and basic maintenance of diesel-fired boilers, including burner-related problems and boiler water-level monitoring.
- Checking and troubleshooting burner and electrode faults and coordinating corrective maintenance.
- Monitoring boiler water level, feed-water system, pumps, valves, and related utility equipment.
- Troubleshooting batch coding machines, filling/packing equipment, and other production machines.
- Identifying faults in labeling machines and supporting breakdown maintenance.
- Performing preventive and breakdown maintenance on production and packaging machinery.
- Monitoring and checking generators, including basic electrical and operational parameters.
- Checking raw water / utility water systems and supporting water-treatment-related equipment.
- Monitoring and planning the operation of air compressors and compressed-air systems.
- Basic knowledge of nitrogen plant / nitrogen generation systems and monitoring plant utilities.
