Job Summary
The Security Supervisor is responsible for managing and supervising security personnel, enforcing safety policies, and ensuring a secure environment. This role involves coordinating daily operations, responding to incidents, and maintaining compliance with security procedures. Preferably local from Udupi or Mangalore. Having knowledge of safety and security measures in a manufacturing unit, able to implement procedures and SOPS to have the best and accurate processes of security, in place has the know how to handle First Aid as and when need arises. Capable of imparting training wrt security, fire fighting techniques etc.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of security guards and staff
- Monitor surveillance systems (CCTV, alarms, access control systems)
- Conduct regular patrols and inspections of premises
- Respond to emergencies, incidents, and security breaches
- Prepare and maintain detailed incident and activity reports
- Train, schedule, and evaluate security personnel
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations
- Liaise with law enforcement and emergency services when necessary
- Investigate suspicious activities and security violations
- Enforce access control procedures and verify credentials

- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus)
- Leadership and team management skills
- Strong observation and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and report-writing skills
- Knowledge of security systems and procedures
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly
- Basic computer skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Education:
