The Call Center Executive is responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer calls efficiently, providing accurate information, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The role requires good communication skills, patience, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls related to customer inquiries, service appointments, and feedback.
- Provide information about products, services, and offers in a professional manner.
- Record and update customer details, complaints, and service requests in the system.
- Coordinate with concerned departments (sales, service, accounts, etc.) to resolve customer issues.
- Follow up on pending cases to ensure timely closure.
- Maintain call logs and prepare daily / weekly call reports.
- Meet daily and monthly targets related to call volume and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and standard operating procedures.
