Opportunity
In this role, you will:
Act as a strategic HR partner to the business, supporting the delivery of the people agenda
Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle for 100+ employees, including recruitment, talent management, performance management, and employee wellbeing
Lead headcount planning and oversee the recruitment process, from identifying hiring needs to onboarding, ensuring attraction and retention of top talent
Provide performance management expertise, including identifying development opportunities to strengthen workforce capability
Collaborate with managers to improve employee productivity and efficiency in alignment with business goals
Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and overall workplace culture
Support business transformation initiatives in partnership with key stakeholders
Contribute to organisational growth by executing HR strategies aligned with expansion plans
Manage pay reviews, incentive plans, and bonus cycles in line with agreed SLAs
Ensure compliance with labour laws and internal policies, maintaining a fair and equitable work environment
About You
Essential Criteria
MBA / PGDM in Human Resources
8 to 10 years of relevant HR experience
Strong understanding of labour laws and statutory requirements
Proven recruitment experience
Strong business and HR acumen, including stakeholder management, problem-solving, and data analysis skills
