Stores Executive
Responsible for managing material receipt, storage, inventory control, and dispatch activities to ensure smooth production operations and accurate stock management.
Handle inward and outward material transactions.
Maintain stock records and inventory accuracy.
Monitor material availability for production requirements.
Coordinate with purchase, production, and dispatch teams.
Ensure proper storage and material handling practices.
Prepare inventory and stock reports.
Conduct regular stock verification and reconciliation.
Follow FIFO, 5S, and safety procedures in stores operations.

ERP/MS Office knowledge
Coordination and communication skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in any relevant field.
1–3 years in stores/inventory management preferred.
Automotive / Wiring Harness / Manufacturing Industry.
