Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for BPO/BPM operations, ensuring timely closure of positions through effective sourcing, stakeholder management, and candidate engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, consultants, and other channels.
- Screen and shortlist candidates as per business requirements.
- Coordinate interviews, manage candidate communication, and ensure timely offer closures.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and drive closures within defined TAT.
- Maintain recruitment data, trackers, MIS, and ensure accurate reporting.
- Support employee referral and vendor hiring processes where required.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for recurring and bulk hiring requirements.
Requirements
- Graduate/Postgraduate with 3–6 years of recruitment experience.
- Experience in BPO/BPM hiring is preferred.
- Strong sourcing, stakeholder management, communication, and candidate engagement skills.
- Ability to handle multiple positions, bulk hiring, and time-sensitive requirements.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
