- Assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes across Indian, Chinese, and Tandoor sections.
- Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and portion control.
- Support the Head Chef and kitchen team during daily operations and high-pressure service hours.
- Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards are strictly followed.
- Learn and adapt to new techniques, recipes, and menu innovations.
- Handle responsibilities with accountability and professionalism.
- Pro-actively manage prep work, ingredient organisation, and kitchen efficiency.
- Maintain daily grocery inventory list and order items accordingly
