Description
We are seeking a dynamic, tech-savvy, and polished Sales & Marketing Specialist to drive growth for our premium home automation and bespoke home theater solutions. In this role, you will be the face of the company, acting as a trusted consultant to high-net-worth clients, top-tier architects, and interior designers.
You don't need to be an engineer, but you must possess a genuine curiosity for smart technology and a keen eye for modern luxury interiors. Your primary focus will be translating complex technical capabilities into lifestyle-driven experiences that resonate with both creators and homeowners.
Key Responsibilities
Architect & Designer Liaison: Build and nurture strong relationships with architects, interior designers, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) consultants to get our solutions specified early in the design phase.
Client Consultation: Conduct high-impact consultations and live product demonstrations, understanding client lifestyles to recommend custom-tailored automation and audio-visual setups.
End-to-End Sales Management: Manage the complete sales cycle—from initial inquiry and site surveys to coordinating with the technical design team for quotations and closing the deal.
Brand Marketing & Networking: Represent the company at industry events, architecture forums, and design expos to expand our network and generate high-value leads.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the bridge between the client’s aesthetic vision and our internal engineering team to ensure flawless execution.
Required Skills
B2B or B2C sales, selling architectural products, luxury interiors, high-end lighting, or premium consumer electronics is highly preferred.
Tech-Aesthetic Fluency: Ability to quickly learn and talk comfortably about smart home ecosystems, lighting automation, and high-end audio concepts, while respecting the aesthetic vision of architects.
Exceptional Communication: Stellar presentation and conversational skills. You should be equally comfortable presenting in a boardroom to senior architects or discussing a residential layout on an active site.
Relationship Driven: Strong interpersonal skills with a knack for building long-term trust rather than just executing transactional sales
