Performance Marketing Experience
Job Summary
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in the real estate sector to drive lead generation and sales conversions through digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, campaign optimization, lead funnel management, and creative design tools such as Canva and Adobe Photoshop.
The candidate will be responsible for planning and executing high-performing digital campaigns for residential plots, villas, apartments, and township projects while ensuring optimal lead quality and return on investment.
Key Responsibilities Performance Marketing
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Generate qualified leads, site visits, and bookings for real estate projects.
- Monitor and improve campaign performance metrics including CPL, Cost per Site Visit, Cost per Booking, and ROAS.
- Manage monthly advertising budgets and maximize marketing efficiency.
Lead Generation & Sales Coordination
- Work closely with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
- Track leads through the entire customer journey from inquiry to booking.
- Develop targeted campaigns for investors, homebuyers, NRIs, and channel partners.
Creative & Content Management
- Design and edit ad creatives, banners, social media posts, and marketing collateral using Canva and Adobe Photoshop.
- Coordinate with content creators, designers, and video editors to develop engaging campaign assets.
- Test and optimize ad creatives for better engagement and conversions.
Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and CRM tools.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Analyze customer behavior, campaign effectiveness, and conversion funnels.
Real Estate Portal Management
- Manage and optimize listings on platforms such as 99acres, MagicBricks, Housing.com, and other lead-generation portals.
- Ensure project information, creatives, and responses are regularly updated.
Required Skills
- Minimum 3–4 years of performance marketing experience in Real Estate.
- Strong expertise in:
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram)
- Google Analytics (GA4)
- Google Tag Manager (GTM)
- Canva
- Adobe Photoshop
- CRM platforms such as LeadSquared, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or HubSpot
- Experience managing lead generation campaigns with measurable business outcomes.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
