Site Engineer- HVAC

Job Responsiblities
- Design, estimation, and tendering MEP scope of projects.
- Coordination with consultants, clients, suppliers, sub-contractors etc
- Preparation of shop drawings, coordination of drawings and as-built drawings
- Making material requisitions according to approval shop drawing.
- Making procurement schedules for labour, material & equipment.
- Conducting inspections with consultants & clients and getting approvals.
- Project planning, coordination & supervision of project activities & correspondence. Project monitoring and progress reviewing.
- Determining project schedules by studying project plan and specifications, calculating time requirements, sequencing project elements.
- Technical evaluation report preparing▪Project costing report/ Plane Value & Earn Value report preparing
Key Requirements
- Bachelor` degree in Mechanical Engineering or Equivalent
- Minimum 4-8 Years Experience in similar nature in the field of Building Service Engineering
- Excellent communication both verbal and written skills in English
- Exposure in Overseas projects would be an added advantage.
- Possess excellent communication and organizational skills.
