Role description
Role Purpose: Leads the rollout of fibre at a zonal level which can span across districts based on complexity and geographic size of project Key Accountabilities: B.Tech with 8-10 years of experience in fibre rollout projects Preferred Experience and Qualification:
Leads the rollout of fibre/ SI projects in a specific part of the state for large projects
Ensures the timely completion of fibre rollout within district(s), within the given quality, cost and timelines
Identifying and partnering with both internal and external program stakeholders.
Assigning work and managing program and cross-functional teams comprising full time employees and contractors.
Communicating plans, status, and issues to senior level management, client, and stakeholders as required.
Taking decisions at both the operational and strategic levels.
Able to take ownership of issues and tasks in order to see an appropriate resolution to them.
