We are looking for energetic and motivated Tele Marketing Executives to join our team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who have excellent communication skills and are passionate about customer interaction and lead generation. Training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Introduce and explain the company's products and services.
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
- Follow up with prospective customers and maintain regular communication.
- Schedule appointments or product demonstrations when required.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM or system.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide appropriate information.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead conversion.
