Key Responsibilities
- Office Operations: Overseeing daily office functions, maintaining cleanliness, and managing office equipment maintenance.
- Communication & Support: Managing phone calls, emails, and correspondence, welcoming visitors, and providing administrative support to staff.
- Scheduling & Documentation: Scheduling meetings/appointments, updating calendars, filing, and managing records.
- Procurement & Inventory: Managing inventory of stationery, pantry items, and office equipment.
- Coordination: Assisting with HR (onboarding/records), travel bookings, and internal/external communications.
Requirements
- Experience: Proven experience as an Admin Executive, Assistant, or relevant role.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office equipment.
- Organization: Excellent multitasking, time management, and organizational skills.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
