We are looking for a confident and polite Telecaller to support student admissions and handle enquiries for our educational institute. The candidate will be responsible for communicating with students and parents, explaining our courses, and following up on leads.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outgoing calls to students and parents regarding courses, admissions, and enquiries
- Attend incoming calls and provide accurate information about the institute
- Explain course details, fee structure, schedules, and admission procedures clearly
- Maintain call records and update student enquiry details
- Follow up with prospective students and parents regularly
- Coordinate with the academic and admin team when required
- Ensure professional and courteous communication at all times
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Graduate (preferred)
- Good communication skills in Malayalam (English/Tamil/Hindi is an advantage)
- Basic computer knowledge (calling apps, Excel, WhatsApp)
- Ability to handle parents and students patiently
- Prior telecalling or education-sector experience is a plus (not mandatory)
Working Hours
- 10.00am - 5.00pm
- Weekly off as per institute policy
Nb : There will be incentives for each admissions made
