Key Responsibilities:
* Identify target companies through job boards, LinkedIn, company directories, and other online sources.
* Research and identify decision-makers including HR professionals and hiring managers.
* Enrich lead data with email addresses, LinkedIn profiles, and company information.
* Maintain accurate and complete lead databases.
* Remove duplicate records and ensure data quality.
* Tag and prioritize leads based on business requirements.
Requirements:
* 1–2 years of experience in research, recruitment, data sourcing, or inside sales support.
* Strong internet research skills.
* Familiarity with LinkedIn and job portals.
* Good attention to detail and data accuracy.
* Basic Excel/Google Sheets knowledge.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
