We are looking for energetic, responsible, and customer-friendly candidates for the position of Bus Buddy / Bus Host to ensure passengers have a safe, comfortable, and pleasant journey experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome passengers during boarding
- Assist passengers with seat allocation and luggage support
- Ensure smooth boarding & deboarding process
- Distribute water bottles, blankets, and other amenities
- Support solo female passengers for safety and comfort
- Coordinate with driver and operations team during trips
- Handle passenger queries politely and professionally
- Maintain cleanliness and discipline inside the bus
- Assist passengers during breakdowns or emergencies
- Encourage passengers for positive reviews and ratings
Requirements:
- Good communication skills
- Polite and professional behavior
- Basic smartphone handling knowledge
- Ability to work in rotational/night shifts
- Customer service mindset
- Hindi speaking mandatory (Basic English preferred)
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
