Experience:
6 months to 3 years of experience in Land Development Projects
Responsibilities:
- Civil 3D modeling for grading, roadway design, and pipe networks.
- Prepare detailed drawing sheet sets including alignments, profiles, and cross-sections.
- Work with surfaces, corridors, and utility networks.
- Maintain high drafting standards and ensure project accuracy.
- Lead and oversee the design process from conception to completion, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
- Perform cut/fill quantity takeoffs and grading analysis.
- Participate in project meetings, providing technical expertise and guidance to the team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
- MUST-HAVE: Proficiency in Civil 3D software or similar design tools.
- Strong knowledge of USA client standards and experience working on US-based projects.
Skills:
- Expertise in surfaces, utilities, corridors, plan/profiles, and cross-sections.
- Strong understanding of grading and earthwork calculations.
- Ability to deliver accurate, high-quality designs under deadlines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for team and client interactions.
