Works With: Scriptwriters, Client Service, Production & Post-Production
Role Purpose
The Creative Producer (CP) is the creative owner of assigned clients. The CP must understand the client's brand positioning, personality, audience, business objectives, and content style, and turn this understanding into strong, practical, and engaging video concepts.
The CP works with Scriptwriters and the Creative Head to take ideas from:
Client Understanding → Idea → Creative Direction → Script → Shoot → Final Video
The CP is ultimately responsible for the creative quality and outcome of the client's content.
Key Responsibilities1. Client Creative Ownership
- Develop a strong understanding of the client's brand, audience, objectives, personality, content pillars, and previous performance.
- Become the internal creative expert for assigned clients.
2. Creative Direction & Brainstorming
- Work with Scriptwriters and Creative Head to develop strong ideas.
- Improve angles, hooks, storytelling, formats, and visual execution.
- Challenge generic ideas and bring fresh creative approaches.
3. Creative Lock
Before scripting, ensure clarity on:
Topic → Angle → Hook → Key Message → Format → Visual Execution
4. Scriptwriter Guidance
- Provide writers with clear creative direction and client context.
- Review scripts and help improve storytelling, relevance, and execution.
5. Production & Shoot Planning
- Review scripts for practical execution and production feasibility.
- Plan locations, props, presenter direction, visual hooks, references, and shot concepts.
- Ensure the team is fully prepared before the shoot.
6. On-Set Creative Ownership
- Act as the creative owner during shoots.
- Guide the client/presenter and production team.
- Ensure strong performance, hooks, visuals, and usable footage.
- Make quick creative decisions when required.
7. Post-Production Coordination
- Provide editors with creative context, references, and clear direction.
- Ensure the final edit matches the intended creative outcome.
8. Performance & Continuous Improvement
- Review content performance and identify what worked, what didn't, and why.
- Apply learnings to future content.
- Maintain creative freshness and avoid repetitive content.

Candidate Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Content Creation, Creative Production, Social Media, Advertising, Filmmaking, or Digital Media.
- Strong understanding of social-media content, storytelling, scripting, hooks, audience psychology, and production.
- Strong communication and client-handling skills.
- Comfortable directing presenters/clients during shoots.
- Ability to visualise how an idea becomes an engaging video.
- Strong creative thinking, ownership, and decision-making skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
