Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new B2B business opportunities.
- Reach out to prospects through LinkedIn, email, cold calling and other outbound channels.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Schedule meetings and product discovery calls with potential clients.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Present the company's services confidently.
- Prepare and send proposals, quotations, and follow-up emails.
- Negotiate pricing and close deals.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and sales trackers.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Build long-term relationships with clients.
- Collaborate with the technical and marketing teams for smooth project handovers
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written English communication.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to confidently communicate with international clients.
- Knowledge of B2B sales and business development.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Good follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot or similar tools is a plus.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), Marketing, Sales, IT or a related field.
- 5–10 years of proven experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, Client Acquisition or International Sales.
- Strong track record of generating new business and closing high-value deals.
- Experience selling B2B services such as Lead Generation, HQL, MQL, SQL, Data Solutions, IT Services or SaaS is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience working with international clients (US, UK, Canada, Australia, etc.) is a strong advantage.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, or similar sales platforms is preferred.
- Self-motivated, target-driven and capable of managing the complete sales cycle independently.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
