- Routine Inspections: Conducting daily walkthroughs of the kitchen, storage, and dining areas to ensure compliance with hygiene and grooming standards.
- Inventory & Storage Management: Enforcing the FIFO (First In, First Out) method for raw ingredients and monitoring walk-in coolers for proper temperature control.
- Staff Training: Educating kitchen and service staff on food safety guidelines, cross-contamination prevention, and personal hygiene protocols.
- Audit Documentation: Maintaining precise paperwork for internal audits and ensuring the restaurant is prepared for government or external quality checks.
- Equipment Maintenance: Overseeing the sanitation of "heart of the house" equipment and raising maintenance requests for repairs.
- Pest Control & Waste: Supervising waste disposal systems and monitoring pest control operations in accordance with local regulations
Pay: ₹27,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
