We are looking for a detail-oriented and driven QA Engineer who can take full ownership of product quality end-to-end. This role involves building automation frameworks from scratch and ensuring our SaaS platform remains reliable, secure, and high-performing across all layers.
You will play a critical role in shaping quality practices and scaling testing processes across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable automated test suites for functional, regression, and integration testing
- Perform comprehensive manual testing, including exploratory, edge-case, and usability scenarios
- Validate roles and access control (RBAC) across multiple modules, user roles, and subscription tiers
- Collaborate closely with developers and product managers to define clear acceptance criteria and implement shift-left testing practices
- Identify, report, and track bugs with detailed reproduction steps and severity prioritization
- Contribute to QA documentation, test strategies, and process improvements to foster a quality-driven culture
Required Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in QA, with a strong focus on automation testing
- Proven experience in building automation frameworks from scratch (Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar)
- Strong understanding of SaaS platforms, including multi-tenant architecture, subscription models, and cloud environments
- Hands-on experience in testing roles & access control (permissions, hierarchies, privilege escalation, data isolation)
- Proficiency in at least one programming/scripting language (JavaScript, Python, or Java)
- Experience with API testing tools such as Postman, REST Assured, or similar
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins) and version control (Git)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with close attention to detail

- Experience in performance/load testing (k6, JMeter, Locust)
