We are looking for an articulate, energetic, and detail-oriented Customer Support Executive to join our international voice process team. In this role, you will be the frontline voice of our company, handling inbound and outbound calls from global clients. Key Responsibilities
Customer Assistance: Handle inbound and outbound calls to resolve customer queries, complaints, and service requests efficiently.
Issue Resolution: Diagnose and troubleshoot customer issues, providing accurate information and solid solutions.
Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, comments, and actions taken in our CRM system.
Quality Standards: Meet or exceed daily performance metrics, including First Call Resolution (FCR), Average Handling Time (AHT), and customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in any stream (Graduation is mandatory).
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills with a neutral accent and excellent active listening.
Shift Flexibility: Must be 100% comfortable working consistent night shifts to align with international time zones.
Tech Savvy: Basic computer literacy, fast typing skills, and familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel) or CRM tools.
Traits: Strong problem-solving abilities, patience, empathy, and the ability to work under pressure.
Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
