Role Overview:
We are looking for a passionate and patient Montessori Teacher who believes in hands-on learning and holistic child development. The ideal candidate should be skilled in implementing Montessori principles and creating a calm, engaging, and nurturing classroom environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver lessons in line with Montessori philosophy and curriculum.
- Prepare and organize Montessori materials to support independent learning.
- Observe and assess each child’s progress, documenting developmental milestones.
- Foster curiosity, responsibility, and respect among children.
- Create a peaceful, inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages exploration.
- Maintain regular communication with parents regarding student growth.
- Participate in teacher training programs and school events.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (B.Ed preferred).
- Montessori training certification from a recognized institution.
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- A nurturing, empathetic, and creative approach toward young learners.
